It just occurred to me for some reason that the character of Q in the series of Star Trek: The Next Generation only appeared in about 4.5% of the episodes (8 episodes out of 178).
The creation of the entity, along with John de Lancie’s portrayal, was one of the most outrageously memorable characters of all time.
